BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
*The name of the person on the original booking remains the sole contact and is responsible for all communications with us.
* When placing a booking you are confirming agreement to allow the debiting of your credit card, which also allow us to debit this credit card for the cost of any breaches of the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
* Current drivers license may be requested for any booking
Accommodation Terms of Use Maximum 2 Adult guests only Retreat.
Children • Our properties are suitable only for Adults. We aim to provide a peaceful ambiance in nature for our Suite guests and ourselves. Babies, Infants and Children are not suitable due to noise issues and safety concerns with no fences, open dams and numerous frequent native wildlife accessing the property.
Non smoking • Inside properties are non smoking. Failure to comply with the No Smoking Policy will result in a minimum $200 fine. You may also be liable for the tariffs of any future bookings lost as a result of your non-compliance.
Check-in • Check-in time is from 3pm on the day of arrival. Kindly advise once safely accessed so we know all is well.
Check out • Check out by 11am.The property must be vacated with doors and windows securely locked. Please read below ON DEPARTURE
Visitors, events, parties and gatherings • These are not permitted on the premises and will result in booking being cancelled without refund. No visitors permitted to the property during your stay.
Failure of utilities, essential services and appliances • We are not responsible for any failure of utilities, essential services and appliances. Please report any failures as soon as possible and every attempt will be made to contact the appropriate authorities or organize replacements or repairs. However, immediate repair may be beyond our control. No refund for unusable appliances awaiting repair or replacement.
Security of your belongings • We are not responsible for the security of your belongings and encourage you to ensure your accommodation is secure when not occupied.
Assistance or maintenance • Requests for assistance or maintenance may result in a minimum $50 call out Fee where the Guest is at fault.
Additional guests • No additional Guests are acceptable and if found staying in the property, your booking will be cancelled and you will be asked to vacate the property immediately. NO refund will be given.
Noise concerns • Please respect the privacy of our local community and your adjoining neighbours with our minimal noise level from 10pm-9am. If a Guest’s behaviour or noise level is unreasonable, a warning will be given. Further complaints or choosing to ignore this warning will result in the cancellation of your booking. You will be asked to vacate the property and NO refund will be given.
Damaged or Missing Property • Please notify our us immediately of any loss or damage to the property. • In the event that the property is damaged maliciously or beyond normal wear and tear or in the event that item(s) of property belonging to the property owner is/are lost or taken during the duration of your booking, we reserve the right to charge repair and/or replacement costs to the person responsible for the booking via credit card details provided at the time of booking or check-in. Items left behind and Personal belongings will be kept for one week then taken to Vinnies. Perishables will be disposed $50- If advised attendance fee $50- will be charged for delivery or postage.
Additional Costs • In the event that a property is not left in a reasonably clean, neat and tidy state upon departure, the Guest agrees to an excess cleaning charge. For example Guests are to ensure that any excess dirt or mud is cleaned from floors; all dishes are to be cleaned left on drying rack or left in dishwasher, all furniture to be left in its original place, spillages are to be cleaned and any stains reported to our office. • We reserve the right to debit your credit card or to request payment in full for any outstanding charges that apply to your booking. This includes extra cleaning, extra or excessive rubbish removal, extended stays, late check-outs, failing to comply with the No Smoking Policy, lost keys, removal of item(s) belonging to the property owner, call-outs, repairs or damage to a property.
Pet Friendly • We are no longer Pet Friendly due to changes within and around our property.
Additional cleaning • Please leave your accommodation tidy. If additional cleaning incurred you will be charged directly.
House Cleaning Services *We are happy to provide our House Cleaning Services however 24hrs notice is required: Mini clean @$50- Full clean @ $100- Please note mini clean includes clean towels, cleaning benches, floors and change bins.
ON DEPARTURE Property is to be left in tidy and orderly manner as it was found on arrival. Leave furniture in its original place as on arrival. Please place used towels in Shower recess. Place used dishes in dishwasher and other washed dishes on draining rack. Please turn off normal lights except ones noted to leave on also check all heating/cooling turned off at unit do not turn off power point. Check nothing has been left behind including phone chargers. All rubbish to be placed into appropriate outside large bins. Doors and windows to be securely closed. Kindly advise on your departure.
BUSH FIRE INSTRUCTIONS please connect to VicEmergency Ap on your mobile enter Hepburn and any other 20ks radius details so you can be advised of any fires or hazzards showing within your area and the process to take. Also it would be best in extreme cases if fires are within the local area, where possible, drive into Daylesford main street and check for further instructions. Please contact us to advise of your whereabouts. If necessary, and safe to do so, it is best to drive back to your home. Please contact us to advise of your leaving the property and kindly advise once you arrive safely home so we know you are safe and sound.
